We discuss the situation and your objective. I tell you which documents are needed and which risks I see. The lawyer–client relationship begins with a legal services agreement, in which we agree the steps, costs and timeline together.
What should I send before our first conversation?
A short description of the situation and the deadline that matters to you. Please do not send identity documents, sensitive data or confidential information through the form until we have agreed on a secure channel.
How are costs determined?
Costs and timelines are agreed once I understand what you need to do, and are set out in the legal services agreement.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. I work with small, medium-sized and large companies, with entrepreneurs, directors and in-house legal departments.
Can you guarantee the outcome?
No. I explain the risks, the options and the steps, but I do not promise the outcome of any proceedings, negotiation or lawsuit.
